A graduate of Dickinson College and Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Ruth is licensed to practice law in Florida and Minnesota and admitted to practice in the Federal Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
