Victoria Jones Waller

Victoria Jones Waller is an attorney and the owner of the Generations of Trust law firm, which is located in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Focusing her practice on real estate matters, she takes on cases involving wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, trust administration, advance directives and estate tax planning.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University, Ms. Waller also pursued law there at the Stetson University College of Law. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2007 and received her license to practice law from The Florida Bar.

Ms. Waller is a firm believer in giving back to society and spends much of her time involved in community activities. She is the vice president of Parents and Children Advance Together and the SPCA Professional Advisory Committee. She also is a member of the Suncoast Hospice Professional Partners Council, the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, Sunshine City Kiwanis and the Suncoast Estate Planning Council.

Additionally, Ms. Waller is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and its Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division. She is also the co-chair of its Probate & Guardianship Section.

With over 13 years of experience practicing law, Ms. Waller serves clients in the Tampa Bay metro area and the surrounding areas. Compassionate and empathetic, she understands how difficult it must be for clients when they lose a loved one, and she helps them to navigate through the entire trust administration and probate process.
