Helping a wide range of clients, Brad represents individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and business owners in tax-related issues and also guides them in business matters like mergers, sales, daily operations and succession planning. He also assists with preparing and administrating trusts, wills and prenuptial agreements.
A certified public accountant, Mr. Gould earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida. He then joined the University of Florida – Fredric G. Levin College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor and pro bono certificate in 2001. The same year, he passed the bar, gaining his license to practice in Florida.
Brad is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a member of the American Bar Association’s Taxation Section, where he served as Chair of the S Corporation's Committee, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
