Mr. Dreyer has worked on simple estate plans as well as with clients who have substantial and complex assets.
Mr. Dreyer's estate administration experience involves his representation of executors and beneficiaries, guiding them through the probate process. He helps to ensure that all tax returns have been filed and payments to the IRS and other creditors have been made, and he then oversees the orderly distribution of the estate's remaining assets. Other areas that Mr. Dreyer has experience in have included business formation and succession planning, and he has represented clients who are involved in income and estate tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
