I defended Joan Blackman and International Corporate Art in a case alleging various interference torts as well as civil conspiracy. We had obtained a dismissal with prejudice at the trial court level after multiple motions to dismiss. Lower Case No.: 10-28564, Miami Dade Circuit Court. The Plaintiff appealed and after briefing and oral argument the trial court's opinion was affirmed. We ultimately recovered attorney's fees at the trial level on our client's behalf.
