Gigi Rollini

Her impactful litigation in emerging regulatory fields has played a pivotal role in shaping Florida law. She has represented high-ranking officials, including a sitting U.S. President in the Supreme Court of the United States and Florida constitutional officers across various state trial and appellate courts, including the Florida Supreme Court.

With a focus on creative and strategic problem-solving, Ms. Rollini aims to deliver practical, efficient solutions that foster and strengthen relationships between regulated entities and regulators in significant cases or smaller disputes. Her academic journey began with a B.A. from Florida State University in 1997, followed by a J.D. magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2003, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Ms. Rollini also earned an M.P.A. from the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University in 2003. Admitted to practice in Florida the same year she graduated from law school, she is licensed to appear before all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In her professional affiliations, Ms. Rollini is president-elect of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and is a past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) and Tallahassee Women Lawyers.
