Attorney Terrence T. Dariotis is the founder of Dariotis Law in Tallahassee, Florida. Board-certified as a specialist in wills, trusts and estate law by The Florida Bar and possessing more than 44 years of legal experience, Mr. Dariotis serves a diverse range of clients throughout the greater Tallahassee metro area and all across the state who have legal needs involving estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, estate and trust administration, and other related matters.

Along with handling all aspects of his clients' estates, Mr. Dariotis also assists business owners and entrepreneurs with establishing, organizing and planning their companies as well as with their buy-sell agreements and real estate investments. Recognized for his professionalism and service, he has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including a listing in the Who's Who in American Law since 1987. He also holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell, and he received the 2007 Outstanding Pro Bono Service award from Legal Services of North Florida.

A highly versatile attorney, Mr. Dariotis has an extensive and varied academic background. He studied pre-medicine at Northwestern University in Illinois, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Indiana's Saint Joseph's College in 1969. In 1973, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He also received his certificate in financial planning from Florida State University in 1997 and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Dariotis has served as an adjunct professor at Florida State University's College of Business. Highly active in his legal community, he has served as president of the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council, and he maintains involvement with the Florida Probate Rules Committee of The Florida Bar.

He is also a founding board member of the Community Foundation of North Florida, and he serves as a panel member for the Legal Services of North Florida.
