Victoria E. Heuler

Victoria E. Heuler, B.C.S., is a partner at Heuler, Wakeman, Solomon Law Group, P.L.L.C., which has its offices in Tallahassee, Florida. She brings over three decades of legal experience to her practice, with a deep focus on incapacity issues and guardianship. Board-certified as a specialist in elder law by The Florida Bar since 2007, she has built a career around helping clients navigate the complexities that arise with aging, family conflict and vulnerable loved ones.

Admitted to practice in Florida since 1993 and in Georgia since 2000, Ms. Heuler offers skilled counsel in emotionally charged and financially sensitive situations. Whether the concern involves contested guardianship, elder exploitation or probate disputes, she works with clarity and compassion to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.

Ms. Heuler received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as president of the Moot Court Team and earned distinction by winning the Duke University Rabbi Seymour Siegel Ethics Moot Court Competition. Her academic background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Florida State University, awarded with honors – giving her a strong foundation in human behavior and family dynamics, which informs much of her work today.

Ms. Heuler is an active voice in the field, having authored Just the Facts, Ma'am, Not the Label: Mental Disorder Diagnoses in a Guardianship. She remains deeply engaged with the legal and elder care communities as a member of the Florida State Guardianship Association, its Big Bend Chapter, the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar, and the Tallahassee Women Lawyer’s Association. She also volunteers as a mentor to aspiring female attorneys.
