Blair H. Chan, III

Blair H. Chan is the founder and managing attorney of Blair H. Chan III PLLC located in Tampa, Florida. Certified in marital and family law by The Florida Bar and possessing over 16 years of legal experience, Mr. Chan devotes his practice exclusively to family law and helping his clients with all of the serious and complex matters related to their divorce, including child custody and support, property division, alimony and other related issues.

A 1996 graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Mr. Chan attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2001. The Florida Bar admitted him to practice the following year, and he has focused on family law his entire career, honing his legal skills at several other area law firms before establishing his own private practice in 2015.

As an attorney, Mr. Chan has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of those dealing with serious family law issues. He holds a Superb rating on Avvo for divorce, family law and child custody, and he has received an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell each year since 2014.
