Mr. Bringgold centers his practice on commercial real estate and commercial bankruptcy transactions. Mr. Bringgold represents real estate retail tenants, owners and developers, financial institutions, corporate real estate users, and other clients in retail, office and industrial real estate leasing, acquisitions and sales, lending and development. He is a Partner and head of the Real Estate and Business Transactions Department at McIntyre Thanasides Bringgold Elliott Grimaldi Guito and Matthews, P.A
His experience includes Florida real estate sales and acquisitions on behalf of a Fortune 100 company, and multi-state/multi-site real estate leasing, acquisitions and sales on behalf of retail tenants and other corporate real estate owners and users. He is a Title Agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
Mr. Bringgold also represents real estate owners, developers and users, financial institutions, airlines, creditors' committees, trustees and other clients in bankruptcy cases and lease and loan workouts. He clerked for the Honorable Russell J. Hill, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, S.D. Iowa from 1989-1991.
Prior to joining McIntyre Thanasides, Mr. Bringgold represented clients in commercial real estate and bankruptcy transactions at a Florida based international law firm. He also was a Partner and Real Estate Department Chair at a Florida based law firm.
Mr. Bringgold obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1982, and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Minnesota Law School in 1986.
He has published in Law Insider, Florida Real Estate Journal, San Jose Mercury News and other publications, and has volunteered with Tampa Connection and Bayshore Little League.
