Brian A. Leung

Brian A. Leung is a respected attorney of Holcomb & Leung, P.A., operating out of Tampa, Florida. Since his admission to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2005, he has cultivated a robust practice that covers several key areas of law, including civil litigation, commercial litigation, real estate, business litigation, criminal law and construction law.

Mr. Leung completed his academic journey at Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude in 2002, along with certificates in environmental law and land use law. He continued at the same institution to obtain his Juris Doctor, solidifying his foundation in legal studies.

Villas Del Verde Homeowners Association, Inc., which was adjudicated in the Florida Second District Court of Appeal in 2011. His military service in the U.S. Navy from 1993 to 1999 has also instilled in him a profound sense of duty and discipline that he brings to his practice.
