C. Todd Alley

Todd Alley is an attorney with Morgan & Morgan in Tampa, Florida. With four decades of experience practicing law, he focuses on personal injury, taking on cases involving defective medical devices, complex products liability litigation and mass torts. 

With a genuine concern for his clients, Mr. Alley fiercely advocates for his clients’ rights and liberties. He has a long record of obtaining numerous million-dollar and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his injured clients. He understands the emotional, physical and psychological effects of injuries caused as a result of another party’s negligent actions. 

Mr. Alley has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits.
