Dale R. Sisco

Attorney Dale R. Sisco is the founder and owner of Sisco-Law in Tampa, Florida. A top-rated attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience, Mr. Sisco focuses his practice on criminal defense as well as complex litigation involving civil actions, medical malpractice, defective products and other issues. He also has extensive experience representing licensed professionals during administrative licensure actions, and he assists business owners with ensuring their companies remain in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Along with being a tenacious and aggressive trial attorney, Mr. Sisco devotes a considerable amount of his practice to mediation and arbitration. He holds his certification in mediation and arbitration from the Florida Supreme Court, and he has helped hundreds of clients resolve their disputes and find solutions for their legal issues in a manner that is cost-effective and efficient.

A 1981 graduate of the University of South Florida, Mr. Sisco attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1985. The Florida Bar admitted him in 1986, and Mr. Sisco served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida as well as Senior Trial Attorney and felony division Deputy Chief.

During his time at the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Sisco honed his trial skills and gained invaluable insight into the state's criminal justice system. He then spent nearly 10 years working for another prominent area law firm before establishing his own practice in 2002.
