Daniel Bonardi

Daniel Bonardi is the founding partner of Bonardi & Uzdavinis, LLP, in Tampa, Florida. Focusing his practice on real estate, business litigation, personal injury and civil litigation, he advocates for clients throughout the Tampa region and surrounding areas. He provides strategic counsel for numerous matters, including construction litigation, defense, consumer litigation, estate planning and probate administration.

After gaining his bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of South Florida in 2010, Mr. Bonardi worked as a U.S. Coast Guard member for several years. He then joined Cooley Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2020. He also obtained an LL.M. degree in real property development from the University of Miami School of Law, further honing his legal acumen. In 2021, he earned admission to The Florida Bar.

Commitment, precision and the ability to thrive under pressure define Mr. Bonardi’s practice, traits that were forged during his time as an athlete and in the U.S. Coast Guard. These qualities define his professional practice. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Bonardi is an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, where he formerly served as chair for the Real Property Section. In addition to his legal contributions, he serves in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. As a member of this reserve force, he remains dedicated to maintaining the high level of readiness required to provide operationally capable personnel whenever a national requirement or maritime emergency arises.
