Danya Farinella

Danya Farinella is a dedicated attorney with Brunvand & Wise Law Group, based in Clearwater, Florida. With an unwavering commitment to fighting for her clients, she focuses her practice on criminal defense, including DUI and white collar crimes.

Before her tenure at the firm, Ms. Farinella interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida while pursuing her law degree at Stetson University College of Law. She was an integral member of Stetson Law's Trial Team. Having joined the firm in 2018, she has become an indispensable asset, excelling in defense preparation and with her experience spanning a wide spectrum of cases, ranging from drug offenses to capital murder.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Farinella meticulously developed the skills of versatility, adaptability and negotiation prowess while successfully managing a sales and marketing company for several years. She earned her bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of South Florida (2007) and her Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law in 2019.
