    Dominic Isgro is an attorney with the Tampa, Florida, based law firm of Sisco-Law.  He represents companies and professionals in a variety of business litigation, regulatory, and "white collar" criminal matters in federal and state courts throughout Florida.  Mr. Isgro's representative matters include defense of durable medical equipment companies and associated professionals in federal health care fraud and False Claims Act ("qui tam") actions, representation of pharmacies and pharmacists in administrative matters prosecuted by the Florida Department of Health and the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency, defense of skilled nursing facilities in negligence and wrongful death cases, representation of local and regional financial institutions and creditors in commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases, and representation of businesses and business owners across a broad spectrum of matters ranging from preparation and negotiation of industry-specific contracts and transaction documents to litigation of restrictive covenant claims, shareholder derivative actions, employment disputes, claims predicated upon violation of state and federal consumer protection statutes, and much more.  Mr. Isgro has also represented clients on appeal before the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

    Mr. Isgro earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following this and before attending law school, he served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army as an infantry officer. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While pursuing his legal studies, Mr. Isgro participated in UF Law's corporate and securities litigation group moot court team and volunteered with the Alachua Habitat for Humanity. He was a member of the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Law Student Association.

    Holding a license to practice law before all Florida state courts, Mr. Isgro also practices before various federal courts. These include the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.  

    Outside of the office, Mr. Isgro enjoys being an active member of the Florida legal community. He is a member of The Florida Bar and belongs to the business law section and young lawyers’ division.  He is also an active member of the Federal Bar Association, for which he most recently authored the problem statement and served as a final-round judge at the 2019 Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.
