Ed Spinks

As an attorney at Florida Elder Law & Legacy Planning, located in Tampa, Florida, T. Edmund Spinks offers comprehensive legal services in elder law, estate planning and probate. Mr. Spinks graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in 1997. Later, he went on to attend the Florida State University College of Law, where he gained knowledge about legal analysis and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2000. In addition to his legal training, he obtained a certificate in special education advocacy from the William & Mary Law School in 2013. 

Admitted to practice in Florida and Hawaii, Mr. Spinks is also admitted before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He remains active in several professional organizations, including The Florida Bar Education Law Committee, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Hawaii State Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
