Eliane I. Probasco

Having dedicated her entire career to family law, Eliane I. Probasco has a deep understanding of the situations clients find themselves in when they walk into Probasco Law, P.A. Since 2002, she has been representing people in the Tampa Bay area and across Florida in matters, including the following: divorce, property division and alimony; child support and issues involving the Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program; parenting plans, time-sharing schedules, paternity and relocation; post-judgment orders, modifications, contempt and enforcement; name changes; and injunctions involving domestic violence, dating violence and repeat violence.

In 1999, Ms. Probasco earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. She went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the Florida State University College of Law.
