Garrett Riley

A partner and attorney at the Tampa-based legal firm Robert Sparks Attorneys in Florida, Garrett Riley primarily focuses his practice on personal injury law. He assists people of Tampa Bay who have suffered from someone else’s negligent acts involving slip-and-fall injuries, work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death. He is the firm’s pre-suit division manager as well.

Being a native of Florida, Mr. Riley obtained both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from different universities in the state. He attended Florida State University and graduated in 2004, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. Afterward, he joined the Stetson University College of Law and received his J.D. in 2007. A year later, in 2008, he was admitted to practice law in Florida.

Mr. Riley started his legal career as an assistant state attorney at The Office of the Miami-Dade State Attorney. During his almost two years of service here, he gained extensive trial experience as a prosecutor. Before shifting his focus to personal injury, he practiced family law for several years and has invaluable knowledge in this legal domain as well.
