Giovanni Giarratana

Mr. Giarratana pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Belmont University and graduated summa cum laude in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the Stetson University College of Law. He was authorized to practice in Florida in 2016 and later before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

During his legal studies, Mr. Giarratana was a member of the editorial staff and the articles and symposia manager of the Stetson Law Review. He received the Darby Award for his loyalty and service to the organization as well as the Elizabeth M. Leeman Award for submitting an outstanding student paper. In addition, he was part of the Honors Program for Mock Court. He also functioned as a research assistant for different professors and worked as a law clerk under Judge Jack Day of the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
