J. Anthony Franco

J. Anthony Franco is an attorney in Tampa, Florida, who devotes his practice exclusively to family law. Mr. Franco is the founder of the firm Franco Family Law and represents clients in Tampa and the surrounding areas. He has experience with many types of family law matters, including those involving divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, parental rights and paternity disputes. He also has experience with modifications of child support, spousal support and other orders and agreements.

Understanding that each situation is different, Mr. Franco develops a personal relationship with each client. He has a thorough understanding of all phases of the family law process and guides his clients each step of the way. His attention to detail and years of experience enables him to work toward the best possible outcome for each client’s situation. After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida, Mr. Franco received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Upon law school graduation, he passed the Florida bar examination and obtained his license to practice law before all Florida state courts. He spent three years as a senior associate attorney at a private Florida law firm before founding his own firm in 2016.
