Mr. Wimsatt, a 2003 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and Spanish from Rutgers University (2000). He is licensed to practice law in Florida (2009), Maryland (2003), the District of Columbia (2009), the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

During his tenure in law school, the fundamental concept of aiding individuals took precedence, leading Mr. Wimsatt to focus on family law. He perceived this field as an avenue where he could contribute with the utmost integrity, responsiveness and professionalism. In his practice of family law, he recognizes that his clients often navigate through the most challenging periods in their lives. He firmly believes that maintaining absolute honesty with clients is indispensable.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Wimsatt is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, The Stann Givens Family Law Inn of Tampa and the Westchase Community Association.
