• After Mr. Gordon presented oral argument to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans in July 2019, the Court issued a 23 page opinion on August 28, 2019 vacating entry of Judgment as a Matter of Law by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi following jury trial in Gulfport, Mississippi in 2018.  MultiPlan, Inc. v Holland, No. 18-60514 (5th Cir. 2019).  Mr. Gordon successfully demonstrated that the physical therapy business had been victimized by a silent PPO scheme perpetrated by the health insurance companies, third-party administrators, and network access vendors.    , 2019
