• In 2026, Jeff was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps. After joining through a direct commission into the JAG Corps in his thirties, he advanced through assignments including service with Special Operations Command and selection as a Brigade Judge Advocate for a Military Intelligence unit, where he advises commanders on the Law of Armed Conflict, detainee operations, military justice matters, and administrative and disciplinary issues. He balances this senior leadership role with managing Lieser Skaff, crediting the Army with sharpening the decisive leadership and direct communication he brings to his clients., 2026
