Keith D. Skorewicz

Attorney Keith D. Skorewicz is a shareholder with Appleton Reiss, PLLC, which has law offices in Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida. Working primarily out of the firm's St. Petersburg location, Mr. Skorewicz focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and community association law.

Serving clients throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties and all across the state, Mr. Skorewicz has achieved notable success representing the rights and interests of landlords, small-business owners and real estate investors as well as community association board members and managers with a variety of transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. He also has considerable appellate experience.

Equally effective outside the courtroom, Mr. Skorewicz has handled numerous arbitrations for a diverse range of clients, where he has extensive experience with matters involving complex secured transactions and multimillion-dollar lender liability claims. He is also highly versed in the state's lemon laws as well as the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. Furthermore, he has helped numerous creditors, lessors and other stakeholders recover assets through litigation and negotiation.

A 1996 honors graduate of Eckerd College, Mr. Skorewicz obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2002. The Florida Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Skorewicz is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Business Law and Litigation Sections of The Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Eckerd College Alumni Association, the Bridgton Academy Alumni Association and the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society.
