Kelly Fantetti

Basing her legal practice in Tampa, Florida, attorney Kelly Fantetti serves at the Stockham Law Group, P.A. With over a decade of professional legal experience, she aims to fight for her clients against insurance companies in matters of loss to their properties or denial of claims. Her practice encompasses all varieties of insurance claims involving damages caused by natural calamities, accidents and construction defects.

Ms. Fantetti graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree, majoring in professional and technical writing from the Saginaw Valley State University in 2007, where she was also a part of several student associations. Later, in 2008, she enrolled in the Cooley Law School and completed her doctorate in jurisprudence in 2011 as a part of the top 5% of her class. She was the comments editor of the Cooley Law Review and a research assistant. She interned at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit with the Honorable Judge Joseph J. Farah.

Taking her first steps into the professional field of law, Ms. Fantetti also completed a clerkship at a prominent private firm and was a court counsel at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 12th Circuit. Subsequently, she joined a private firm as an associate attorney in 2013 and has since been serving her clients with dedication and committed hard work. At Stockham Law Group, P.A., she represents property owners, homeowners and commercial property owners in their cases to obtain their rightful claims and fight against unjust compensation. She also handles a range of cases involving agent errors and omissions.

Admitted to practice in Florida (2012), Michigan (2012) and Texas (2023), Ms. Fantetti is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
