  • Our client suffered a leg amputation when he was just 16 years old, in 1980. He previously settled his indemnity claim and hired the firm to assist with ongoing medical issues he was experiencing with the workers' compensation insurance company. During our several years of representation, we obtained home modifications, lawn and home care, and extensive medical care.   • Our client was injured when his company vehicle rolled. His injuries and subsequent surgeries were significant, including a near leg amputation. We worked to ensure all of his medical care, including an extensive rehabilitation stay, was authorized and paid by the insurance company.
