Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)

• Our client worked for Home Depot and fell into a metal compactor, resulting in serious and life-changing injuries. The firm secured medical benefits, lost wages, and home modifications. Ultimately, the client took a several hundred thousand dollar settlement in 2026.
• Our client was a roofer and had a catastrophic fall where the insurance company denied his case, claiming he was not an employee. After our firm's litigation, we were successful in the insurance company accepting the claim and paying back benefits, including medical and lost wages. We were then able to obtain a great settlement in excess of $250,000 for the client in 2020.
• Our client was a prior workers' compensation adjuster who retained our firm due to the reputation of the firm. The client had experienced a lifting injury and, after litigation, was able to obtain a $100,000 settlement in 2021.
• Our client experienced a leg amputation in 1980 as a teenager. The client contacted us after years of struggling with the insurance company. As a result of our representation, the client has received all the medical care he needed, including modifications to his home and car and ongoing home maintenance, 2023.
• The client had a denied case with a shoulder replacement surgery. Successful at paying past-due lost wages and medical care. Full settlement in excess of $200,000, 2023.
• Our client was injured when his company vehicle rolled. His injuries and subsequent surgeries were significant, including a near leg amputation. We worked to ensure all of his medical care, including an extensive rehabilitation stay, was authorized and paid by the insurance company. After a lengthy recovery, our client accepted a significant settlement in 2024.
• Our client suffered a leg amputation when he was just 16 years old, in 1980. He previously settled his indemnity claim and hired the firm to assist with ongoing medical issues he was experiencing with the workers' compensation insurance company. During our several years of representation, we obtained home modifications, lawn and home care, and extensive medical care. The client ultimately decided to settle the remaining medical portion of his case for a lump sum settlement in excess of $450,000 in 2024 and 2023.
• Our client was lifting a heavy bin and suffered a catastrophic back injury. He was dissatisfied with his prior counsel, and the firm stepped in and obtained past due lost wages and ongoing medical care and surgeries. The client accepted a large settlement after recovery in 2025.
• $150,000 settlement for leg injury, 2019
• $200,000 settlement for right leg and knee injury while working construction, 2018
• $200,000 for neck injury resulting in surgery, 2019
• $250,000 settlement for back injury, 2018

• Our client was self-employed, running a tree company, and was injured in a motor vehicle accident where the at-fault driver did not have insurance. Our client had workers' compensation insurance, and we secured him 6 months of income benefits the insurance company had denied in addition to ongoing medical treatment in 2026.
• Our client worked at a hotel in Orlando and fell from her chair, resulting in a significant back injury. The client remained out of work for months, and we secured orthopedic and pain management treatment. The client recovered and accepted a large settlement, 2026
