Kristi Neher Davisson

Attorney Kristi Neher Davisson an attorney at Mark Wright Injury Law in Tampa, Florida, representing individuals who are injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and other premises liability matters.

A 1985 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in telecommunications, Ms. Davisson worked as a news producer at television stations across the state before deciding to enter the legal profession. She then attended Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1997. After receiving her license to practice from The Florida Bar, she spent years honing her legal skills at prominent law firms in the Tampa area before joining Mark Wright Injury Law in 2024.

Along with maintaining a successful litigation practice, Ms. Davisson is a certified mediator and arbitrator for the Florida Supreme Court as well as a mediator for several U.S. district courts.
