Kristi Neher Davisson

With nearly three decades of experience in trial litigation, Kristi Neher Davisson is a dedicated personal injury attorney working at Mark H. Wright, PLLC, in Tampa, Florida. Serving clients around Florida in matters including car accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, brain injury, spine injury and slip-and-fall accidents, among others, she is committed to providing top-notch service. Upon graduating from the University of Florida in 1985, Ms. Davisson worked as a television producer at TV stations across Florida. Later on, she transitioned to a career in law by gaining a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1997. After earning her license to practice law in Florida in 1998, she built on her experience through prominent law firms in Tampa. She is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. 

In addition to her extensive litigation experience, Ms. Davisson is a certified mediator and arbitrator. As certified by the Florida Supreme Court, she participates in mediation and arbitration proceedings, frequently facilitating negotiations in civil and commercial matters. Her experience as a mediator provides her with a thorough understanding of negotiation tactics.
