Attorney Lee D. Gunn is board certified in civil trial by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocates. He focuses his practice of law on the preservation and pursuit of the rights of injured persons and insurance policyholders. These cases frequently involve substantial matters such as wrongful death, serious personal injury, medical malpractice, defective products, construction accidents and property insurance coverage claims, including hurricane damage and bad faith. Mr. Gunn's law firm, Gunn Law Group, is located in Tampa, Florida.
Prior to protecting the rights of individuals, Mr. Gunn defended hospitals, major corporations and insurance carriers for 17 years. In 2000 he commenced representation of plaintiffs and since that time has recovered numerous multimillion-dollar settlements on their behalf.
