Lorien S. Johnson

Lorien Smith Johnson divides her practice between estate planning and probate matters. Located in Tampa, Florida, she provides estate planning advice and counsel to clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. In her estate planning practice, Ms. Johnson regularly prepares revocable living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, and medical directives.  She tailors each estate plan to the particular objectives of her clients. For those people whose loved ones have passed away, Ms. Johnson guides them through what can often be a complex and lengthy probate process.

Ms. Johnson has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 1994. Her professional affiliations include the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, and the George Edgecomb Bar Association.

Ms. Johnson attended Tulane University in New Orleans, where she majored in political economy and served as student body president before receiving a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in 1988. Upon her graduation, she was inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Society.  After working as a commercial bank officer for three years, Ms. Johnson pursed her legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she was awarded her Juris Doctor with honors in 1994.
