The Plaintiff's Complaint alleged that the Defendant bar and grill employees continued to serve alcohol to the other patron after it was apparent that the other patron was intoxicated; and, that the bar and grill Defendant failed to provide adequate security on the premises to protect the Plaintiff against a foreseeable risk.
