Attorney Michael J. Winer is the founder of Mike Winer Law in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Winer practices personal injury, professional sports injury and workers’ compensation law, representing injury victims in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Over the course of more than 20 years, Mr. Winer has successfully litigated and settled many complex cases on behalf of injured Florida residents and their families. His success has earned him numerous awards and accolades, including an AV Preeminent* peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell and membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

In addition, Florida Trend magazine has included Mr. Winer on its “legal elite” list several years in a row. Mr. Winer earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, graduating with honors. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and obtained his license to practice law in 1995. He is qualified to appear before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has litigated at the trial and appellate levels and before the Florida Supreme Court.
