Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, Ms. Reiss is highly active in her legal community. She serves on the Condominium and Planned Development Law Committee of The Florida Bar. Furthermore, she has served in a number of leadership roles with the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, including serving as the organization's Director from 2015 to 2017.

Ms. Reiss has also served as chair and co-chair of the association's Legislative Committee and Judicial Relations Committee, respectively, as well as liaison to the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, where she has served on the Communications Committee since 2014. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and she volunteers her legal services with Crossroads for Florida Kids.
