Attorney Michelle T. Reiss is a founding partner and member of Appleton Reiss, PLLC, located in Tampa, Florida. Serving a diverse range of condominium associations, homeowners associations, community development and special taxing districts, and other common interest entities throughout the greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area and surrounding areas, Ms. Reiss has achieved notable success advising and providing litigation support to those with legal needs involving the following:

In 2006, she obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is admitted to practice before all of Florida's state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, Ms. Reiss is active in her legal community. She serves on the Condominium and Planned Development Law Committee of The Florida Bar. Furthermore, she has served in a number of leadership roles with the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, including serving as a Director from 2015 to 2017, chair and co-chair of the association's Legislative Committee and Judicial Relations Committee, respectively, and as a liaison to the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and she volunteers her legal services with Crossroads for Florida Kids.
Recognized for her professionalism and dedication to those she serves, Ms. Reiss has received many accolades from her peers, including the designation as a "Legal Elite" from Florida Trend magazine.
