Nicholas Lafalce

After earning his B.A. in economics and political science from the University of South Florida, Mr. Lafalce pursued his legal studies at the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his J.D. in 2014. He has a focused practice where he addresses matters related to creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and commercial mortgage foreclosure, along with collection actions. His experience spans representing financial institutions, commercial banks, and other lending entities in commercial litigation actions and bankruptcy matters.
