R. Ryan Sainz

R. Ryan Sainz is an attorney with Morgan & Morgan law firm, and he works primarily out of the firm's law office in Tampa, Florida. Early in his legal career, Mr. Sainz worked for a major civil defense firm, where he defended the rights and interests of insurance companies and large corporations. During this time, he handled a variety of cases, defending his clients against tortious claims resulting from auto negligence, slip-and-falls, traumatic brain injuries, chemical burns and other matters. Realizing his efforts are better served advocating on behalf on individuals and families in need, he joined Morgan & Morgan and shifted his focus to representing plaintiff clients.

Since that time, he has achieved considerable success helping innocent accident victims and their families find the justice they deserve in the wake of preventable tragedies, and he has recovered many substantial verdicts and settlements on their behalf.

A 2009 graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in communication, Mr. Sainz attended Barry University's Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013. While there, he was an active participant on the school's trial team, and in 2012, his team won the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition.
