A 1998 graduate of Florida State University, Mr. Mockler obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2001 and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida’s Graduate Tax Program in 2002. He is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Florida as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th and Federal Circuits, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Mockler is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and a regular contributor to the organization's Lawyer Magazine. He has also conducted numerous lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he received numerous commendations and medals for his outstanding service to his country.
