A 1983 graduate of the University of South Florida, Mr. Fraley attended Stetson University College of Law, where he contributed to the Stetson Law Review. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1987, and The Florida Bar admitted him to practice the following year. Mr. Fraley then honed his legal skills with several other prominent law firms in the area before establishing his own practice in 1996.
