Scott Davis

Scott Davis is an attorney of immense reputation throughout the state of Florida, is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar.  Scott is known for his expansive practice knowledge of myriad facets of family law, as well a combination of fierce and zealous advocacy with a methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail that rounds out his eminent advocacy. An owner of his firm in Tampa, Florida for 23 years, he is well-equipped to handle matters such as divorce and separation, military family law, child custody and support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements and domestic violence, as well as various issues pertaining to criminal defense and appeals.

Mr. Davis is a 1994 B.S.B.A. degree graduate in management from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business, and later went on to attend the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1997. The same year he graduated from law school, he obtained his license to practice in Florida.

A former state prosecutor, Mr. Davis understands the intricacies of how local and federal judiciaries operate when handling pressing criminal law matters and uses this to help his clients get some respite in their legal situation, including sex crimes, homicide, violent crimes, white collar crimes, criminal traffic violations, and other felonies and misdemeanors.
