Shaughn Hill

Mr. Hill has a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from the University of Florida. Graduating cum laude, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. After which, he served as an associate attorney at a workers’ compensation defense law firm. 

Working on workers’ compensation cases, Mr. Hill gained immense experience representing several insurance carriers and employers. He then went on to become a prosecuting attorney at the Office of the State Attorney in Tampa. Here, he developed much skill taking on cases such as trespass, petit thief, battery and DUI. 

Serving as a lead prosecutor in numerous jury trials, Mr. Hill has also served in second chair. After joining Morgan & Morgan, he focuses his practice on representing individuals who are wounded and hurt because of the negligence and carelessness of another party. 

Admitted to practice in the state of Florida, Mr. Hill is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
