Stacy E. Yates

A personal injury and trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan, Stacy E. Yates represents clients in Tampa, Florida. A former Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County, she now focuses her practice on litigating personal injury claims, using her insurance knowledge to represent individuals, corporations and other entities. This includes claims of wrongful death, truck accidents, spinal cord injuries, motorcycle accidents, insurance claims, car accidents and brain injuries.

Admitted to practice in the state of Florida, Ms. Yates is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In 2002, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa before moving on the Texas Tech University School of Law, where she graduated in 2006 with her Juris Doctor.

Throughout her career, Ms. Yates has represented healthcare professionals, medical clinics, pharmacists and physicians before a long list of regulatory bodies, including the following: the Agency for Health Care Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, the Florida Board of Psychology, the Florida Board of Medicine, the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Pharmacy. She also serves her community through her work with the Working Women of Tampa Bay, Krewe of Tronando and of Grace O’Malley, and the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida.
