Stephenie Anthony

Stephenie Anthony, a founding member of the Tampa-based law firm Anthony & Partners, LLC, in Florida, excels in her role as the managing member of the firm. With a dedicated focus on creditors' rights, bankruptcy law and commercial litigation, she has established herself as a formidable trial attorney. 

Ms. Anthony’s practice extends to general civil litigation, emphasizing creditor-debtor litigation across various contexts, including breach of contract, foreclosure, replevin, lender liability and other loan enforcement scenarios. She also takes on matters concerning debt restructuring, fiduciary representation, specialty recovery litigation and collections, business torts, commercial loan enforcement, contract disputes and fraudulent transfer litigation. 

With her comprehensive litigation experience spanning both state and federal trial and appellate courts across the state, Ms. Anthony demonstrates her adeptness in navigating complex legal landscapes. Her commitment to her field is further evidenced by her past leadership roles in the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, where she made significant contributions as president, chairman and secretary. Her eight-year tenure on the association’s board underscores her dedication and influence in the legal community.

Before her current successes, Ms. Anthony honed her legal acumen by clerking for the Honorable Alexander L. Paskay, the Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, immediately after her admission to The Florida Bar. Owing to her skills and the reputation she has built for herself in the community, she has been peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell.

Ms. Anthony earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she was immersed in the intricacies of law from 1995 to 1997. Prior to her legal education, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in finance and multinational business operations from Florida State University – College of Business in 1994.
