Theo Lipsey

Theo Lipsey is an attorney at The Lipsey Law Firm in Tampa, Florida. Serving clients throughout the state of Florida, Mr. Lipsey focuses his practice on personal injury, family law and criminal defense matters. Some of the cases he takes on include the following:

Mr. Lipsey has a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and safety studies from Lindenwood University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He graduated with dean’s list honors and was a member of the Moot Court.

While in law school, Mr. Lipsey was in The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyer’s Division and served as its governor, was a member of the ACLU and the Christian Legal Society. He was also a member of the Mock Trial team. Mr. Lipsey is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Lipsey’s prior work experience includes interning as a bankruptcy specialist at the Tampa Bay Debt Relief Clinic, providing pro bono debt relief to those who cannot afford it. He also served full time as a substance abuse counselor at DACCO, now known as Cove Behavioral Health.
