Timothy F. Prugh

Attorney Timothy Prugh established the firm Prugh & Associates, P.A., in 1980 to help people injured in automobile accidents, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall and premises cases get the justice and fair compensation they deserve from large insurance companies. Mr. Prugh has established his position in Tampa, Florida, over a 30-year period. During that time the firm has grown to a staff of 18.

During his 38 years of practice, Mr. Prugh has tried more than 150 cases to verdict, establishing a firm with a reputation for taking battles to the courtroom. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida state University before attending Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville Tennessee.

Certified by The Florida Bar in civil litigation, Mr. Prugh is frequently invited to share his experience with young lawyers throughout Florida. Additionally, he is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. His affiliations include the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
