Yvette D. Everhart is an attorney and shareholder at Sass Law Firm, which has its offices in Tampa, Florida. She is licensed to practice in Florida and before the Florida Supreme Court, the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 

Holding prominent positions, Ms. Everhart is enthusiastically affiliated with notable legal associations. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association’s Florida Chapter, the American Bar Association’s Section of Labor and Employment Law and The Florida Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section.  

Additionally, Ms. Everhart is a council member of The Florida Bar’s executive committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section, legal education director of its Labor and Employment Law Section, committee member of its Continuing Legal Education Committee and the committee member of its Law School Liaison Subcommittee of Outreach Committee. She is also the vice chair of the Treatise Committee of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
