He continued his education, receiving his undergraduate degree at Presbyterian College (B.A. English 1989) and attending law school in Atlanta at Georgia State University (J.D. 1994). He was licensed by the state bar in 1994 in Georgia and 1995 in Florida.
After returning to Ocala in 1995, Mr. Babiarz began his career as a Central Florida personal injury attorney as an associate at Savage, Krim & Simons. In 2001, he became a partner of the firm Savage, Krim, Simons, Jones & Babiarz, LLP, where he remained until founding Babiarz Law Firm, P.A. in 2005.
