Chelsea Miller, a partner at Rossway Swan with offices in Vero Beach, Melbourne and Miami, Florida, embarked on her journey with the firm in 2014 after returning to Indian River County. Her legal practice is dedicated entirely to matrimonial and family law, where she adeptly navigates a diverse array of issues. These include divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, modifications of post-judgment rulings, paternity cases, and drafting pre- and postnuptial as well as cohabitation agreements.
