Chelsea Miller

Chelsea Miller, a partner at Rossway Swan with offices in Vero Beach, Melbourne and Miami, Florida, embarked on her journey with the firm in 2014 after returning to Indian River County. Her legal practice is dedicated entirely to matrimonial and family law, where she adeptly navigates a diverse array of issues. These include divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, modifications of post-judgment rulings, paternity cases, and drafting pre- and postnuptial as well as cohabitation agreements.

An academic achiever, Ms. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology with a political science minor from the University of South Florida in 2009. She received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, in 2013, the same year she was admitted to practice in Florida. During her law school tenure, she was honored with the Monsignor Thomas M. Reardon Award.

A respected presence in the legal community, Ms. Miller actively participates in the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. She contributes to the executive council and functions as co-chair of the Publications Committee while also being involved with the Continuing Legal Education & Legislation Committees. Her commitment extends to her local community, where she is engaged with the Junior League of Indian River, serving on their board of directors from 2017 to 2022, including a term as president in 2020-2021.
