Haley C. Davis

Focusing her practice on matrimonial and family law, Haley C. Davis is an attorney with Rossway Swan and works out of their Vero Beach office in Florida. Assisting families and individuals to lead a life that they envision, she extends her practice to cover regions of Florida’s East Coast, including Melbourne in Florida. 

Securing a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude in international affairs from Florida State University, Ms. Davis concurrently completed her bachelor’s degree in history in 2018 from the same university. She then went on to study law at the Florida State University College of Law and graduated cum laude in 2021. In law school, she was a part of the law review and was actively involved in the Women’s Law Symposium and the Public Interest Law Students Association. 

During her time as a law student, Ms. Davis served at Florida’s 2nd Judicial Circuit as an intern and student advocate at the university’s Veteran’s Legal Clinic working almost exclusively on family law and housing issues. She has also served an internship with the Bay Area Legal Services, preparing paperwork for clients, communicating directly with the clients and conducting client intake interviews. She has been awarded the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for her pro bono services and remarkable professionalism.

Within the few years of being licensed as an attorney in Florida, Ms. Davis has showcased quality client service and passionate representation, earning her respect and regard in the legal community. Establishing close relationships with prominent legal associations, she holds memberships in The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, the Brevard County Bar Association and the Indian River County Bar Association.
